Restorative Yoga/Stretching

Yoga instructor Lillian from the Shore Acres Rec Center will be holding a class on restorative yoga/stretching for us at The Gathering on Tuesdays at 2pm in the fellowship hall starting on Tuesdays. Participation can be done on a floor mat or even seated in a chair. Cost is a donation.
